Thanks for the quick reply. I am not sure I am using the correct database but it is the only one that I created that is related to Joomla. This is a clean install but it is a manual installation because the auto installation was not working presumably because I am using a dual PHP version setup to support legacy programs running on my server.

currently sagantech.com/fix/fpa-en.php is also there. I thought I had PHP reporting and Debug turned on but maybe I am missing something.
